Exchanges by mail:

Only items purchased online can be returned by mail within 7 days after delivery. We provide free shipping and cost of returns are the responsibility of the by the customer. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at the current selling price. Refunds will be provided for items received for exchange or refund in its new original condition. Any items that have been worn, used or intentionally damaged are not eligible for a refund. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
